Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website using the Navigation tabs on each page. When you have found a product that you wish to order, select your size from the drop down list and add it to your shopping basket by clicking the “Add to basket” button.
Purchasing & Payment
Once you have completed your basket, proceed to the checkout by clicking the “Checkout” button at the top of your page. You will then be asked for a few details that we need to complete your order request.
We accept all major credit & debit cards for payment. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet.
You will receive an order confirmation by email this will contain your unique order number, please quote your order number in all communications.
If you are shopping from outside the U.K. for example North America, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
Payment is not taken until we have confirmed that the goods on order are in stock, and have been allocated to your order and are ready to ship.
If your item is not in stock, we will place on back order for you. You will always be emailed or phoned with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Payment is not taken for back ordered goods until they are in stock and are ready to ship.
Shipping and Handling
For products to be delivered within the United Kingdom we will ship either by first class post or delivery by carrier.
Goods are not dispatched until full payment has been received. We aim to dispatch all embroidered stock orders within 15 working days from the close date displayed on webshop pages. Non branded stock items to be dispatched within 3 working days. Where delivery cut-off dates have been agreed with your club, school or college delivery lead times will be clearly shown on the relevant webshop page.
Delivery charges as follows:
FREE DELIVERY on orders over £75.00 (UK mainland only)
Orders less than £75.00 (UK mainland only) – £5.95
Orders placed before 2pm will be despatched same day where possible and most items will be despatched within 24 hours.Orders placed after 2pm on Friday are normally despatched on Monday.
For next working day delivery, orders need to be placed by 2.00pm. We will always try to provide this service on any orders coming in after this time if at all possible but you will need to call us in advance to arrange this.
As this is a next working day service, orders placed by 2.00pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
Orders placed after 2.00pm on Friday will not usually be delivered until the Tuesday.
UK Saturday delivery – £13.50
Orders need to be placed by 2.00pm on Friday.

Our standard international delivery costs are as follows:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Italy, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Sweden, Slovakia – 3 – 7 days – £19.95
Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, Norway, Russia and Switzerland – 3 – 7 days – £25.00
Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand – 7 – 10 days – £29.95 per 2kg box. Whilst we try to keep shipping costs as low as possible, please note the final delivery cost will depend on the weight of the items ordered.
International orders are despatched via Royal Mail or our courier UK Mail.

If your order is exceptionally heavy or large we may not be able to deliver within the shipping charges shown above.
In this event, we will email you with a quote for delivery costs. You can then decide if you wish to pay any additional charges or amend your order.
We reserve the right to revise any shipping costs/dates/times when necessary. We retain the right to refuse/amend any orders that do not comply with the delivery options available to us at this time.
International delivery times are given for guidance purposes only and cannot be guaranteed, although we will do our upmost to ensure that your order reaches you as promptly as possible.

Details are held in the strictest confidence. We will process your order in the best possible way and once an order is complete, your payment details are shredded. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.
All of our unbranded products come with a 21 day no quibble guarantee providing that they are returned unused, in original packaging and in a resalable condition. The return of embroidered/printed product is subject to agreement with Original Sports.
