The Pete Sampras Vibration Dampener is a favorite choice to most, and to some is actually considered the only dampener worth using. Simply apply the Vibration Dampener to the strings by fitting it between the two center vertical strings, and then push it up into the first horizontal string. This maximizes the amount of vibration the dampener reduces.
Less Vibration sent down the arm, means less vibration sent through your muscles and tendons, leading up towards your elbow. In effect reducing the chance of you getting Tennis Elbow.
